It depends on the application; a good rule of thumb is to wait until the next day (12-24 hours). It provides plenty of time for our products to be absorbed into the soil so that your lawn receives the maximum benefit. 

You and your kids, including pets, can go back onto the lawn as soon as the products dry. In most cases, this does not take longer than 2 hours. If you would like to take extra precaution, wait until the next day, and if you ever have any concerns about exposure to lawn products, your dedicated customer rep is standing by to provide assistance. 

We’ll provide you with a detailed service report that provides guidance on water-in needs. Most applications do not need to be watered in, but if you’re unsure, our customer service specialists will be glad to provide more guidance. 

The frequency of our visits depends on the package you selected. On average we are servicing your lawn every 30-45 days and more frequently if additional services are added. Our lawn care season runs between March-November.

Most broadleaf weeds are controlled within 2 weeks after the application. If it has been over 2 weeks, reach out and we’ll send out your personal technician to provide a follow-up application. 

If this is necessary, don’t panic! Larger and more rugged weeds sometimes take multiple applications to get under control.

If you are serious about a healthy lawn month after month, an annual subscription is the best option. Our programs are designed to provide comprehensive care throughout the growing-season. One single lawn treatment application cannot completely remedy issues, especially ongoing challenges such as weed growth or pest infestations. Frequent visits through an annual subscription allow for the proper maintenance of lawn health. In severe cases, such as incompatible grass mixes, difficult landscapes, and thorough weed infestations, results are seen after a full year of attentive lawn care.
